This policy explains how C-Leanship ("we", "us") processes personal data when you visit this website or contact us, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy rules.

Who we are

What we collect

  • Enquiry & booking data you submit through our contact form (name, company, email, vessel/port details, message).
  • Job applications you send by email in response to an open role.
  • Analytics data — only if you accept analytics cookies (see below).

Why we process it (lawful basis)

  • To respond to your enquiry and plan services — on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you.
  • To consider your job application — on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
  • To understand website usage — on the basis of your consent (analytics cookies).

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site, which do not require consent. We use optional analytics cookies only after you accept them via our cookie banner. Nothing non-essential is set before you agree. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Retention

We keep enquiry and application data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, then delete it. Specific retention periods are confirmed as part of our data-processing records.

Your rights

Data location & security

This site and its form data are hosted on Microsoft Azure in an EU region. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and secret management, to protect your data.
