Proud to Introduce the next Generation ShipShiner!

The ShipShiner 02

We are happy to introduce to you our next generation hull cleaning system, The ShipShiner 02.

The ShipShiner 02 was developed during 2019 by our team in Denmark and was ready for testing during the winter of 2019. It was tested from November 2019 to February 2020 in Sweden by our technical team and pilots from Singapore.

After Successful testing, the system was shipped to Singapore for final installation and commissioning. Unfortunately do to Covid-19 the installation was delayed until July 2020 where we also received our new workboat.

During July and August 2020 the system went through additional testing and setup where capabilities in currents, cleanings and more was fine-tune.

After complete commission the system went in to full commercial use during September 2020 and we retired our first generation system after many years of good service.

The main features of the system is:

  • Environmentally Friendly – high collection and filtration rate as well capability to upgrade to any environmental requirements.
  • Sustainable – Use of high quality parts to ensure longevity and minimum level repairs needed.
  • Safety – Use if winch allows for minimum interaction with the system while operating and makes it safer for everyone involved.
  • High Quality – Flexible washing unit allows us to follow curvatures and give us a controlled distance to the hull while cleaning ensuring high cleaning quality as well all high collection rate.

We are looking forward to serving you in the future.
